Because our services involve professional time, planning, consultation, research, and project work, refunds are handled based on the status and scope of the service.

Completed Services

Payments for completed consulting services, marketing strategy work, campaign planning, lead generation support, brand development, or business growth consulting are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed or delivered.

Consultations

Fees paid for completed consultations are generally non-refundable. If a consultation is canceled before the scheduled time and before preparation work has begun, Schwager Media may review the request for a refund or rescheduling.

Project-Based Services

For project-based work, refunds may depend on the amount of work completed, resources allocated, and deliverables prepared. If work has already started, partial refunds may not be available for completed portions of the project.

Monthly or Ongoing Services

For monthly consulting, campaign support, or ongoing marketing services, payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Clients should provide cancellation notice before the next billing period to avoid future charges.
